Central to its mission is the Taste Italy Wine Academy—the first academy to offer systematic Chinese-language courses on Italian wine, officially certified by ISMEA (Italian Ministry of Agriculture), MIBACT (Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage), the Chinese Embassy in Italy, and multiple universities.
